What this policy covers

Hotel Lobby AI turns two portrait photos into a short AI-generated video. This policy explains exactly what we process when you use the generator, what we store, for how long, and the controls you have. Plain language, no surprises.

Face photos and video generation

The two portraits you upload are the input of the service. When you press Generate, your photos are transmitted to our object storage and then sent — as temporary, signed URLs — to the third-party video generation provider that renders your video. The photos are used for one purpose only: producing the video you requested. We never use your photos to train our own models, and we do not build profiles from them.

Storage and retention

Uploads (your two portraits) are stored temporarily for rendering and are planned to be deleted within 24 hours of your generation completing. Output videos are stored for 7 days so you can download them; after that they are automatically removed from storage. The template reference video is a permanent asset that contains no personal data. We do not keep your photos or videos beyond these windows.

Account information

Sign-in uses Google. We receive from Google the minimum account information needed to operate the service: your name, email address and profile image. This identifies your credits, your free-preview eligibility and your video list. We do not post to your Google account and we do not request additional Google permissions.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment provider on its own hosted checkout pages. We never see or store your card number. We receive from the provider only the records needed to deliver what you bought: order identifier, amount, status and the credits to grant.

Technical and abuse-prevention data

We process the minimum technical information required to run and protect the service: timestamps, request headers for rate limiting, error details, and a salted hash of your IP address used solely to cap free-preview abuse. We do not store plain-text IP addresses, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Your controls and deletion requests

You can request deletion of your account and associated data (such as generation history) at any time by contacting us from the address published on this site. Uploads and outputs are deleted automatically per the schedules above; account deletion removes remaining records. Where we are legally required to retain a record (for example a payment receipt), we retain only that record.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above before changes take effect.
