Accepting these terms

By using Hotel Lobby AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service generates short AI videos from two uploaded portraits using a fixed template.

You must have the right to upload

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you upload. Uploading photos of other people requires their consent. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. If you are unsure whether you have the right to use a photo, do not upload it.

Prohibited uses

The following are strictly prohibited: uploading photos of people without their consent; creating harassing, hateful, sexual, defamatory or bullying content; impersonating real people in misleading ways; producing content that violates any applicable law; commercial use of someone else's likeness without authorization. We may suspend accounts and remove content that breaks these rules.

Generative AI uncertainty

Videos are produced by generative AI models. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed: facial likeness may differ between renders, artifacts can appear, and outputs may not match your expectations. Each render consumes real computing resources, which is why completed videos are not refunded simply because the effect was not liked — see the Refund Policy for exactly what is and is not refunded.

Credits

Purchases grant credits that unlock renders (a 6-second video costs 100 credits, a 15-second video costs 250 credits). Credits are valid for 365 days, are personal to your account, and are not transferable. Failed renders return their credits automatically.

Content ownership

You may download and publish the videos you generate, provided your source photos were used with permission and the use complies with these terms. You retain responsibility for how you publish generated content. We may store and display content solely to operate the service.

Service availability

The service is provided as-is. We may change pricing, limits, templates or features, and may pause the service for maintenance. Nothing in these terms creates an obligation beyond delivering the credits you purchased and the renders they unlock.
